Re: Is pacifism within our Western Culture creating violence?

Am 28yrs old & my first encounter with violence was during my very 1st year
in School or Infants as we call it in 1988.

What I remember was feeling angry because of a random attack by a fellow classmate; he hit me for no reason. After the crying & being separated comforted by the Teacher; he did it again. Yet, what occurred in me was a feeling was pure rage.
I just began to slap him again & again & again; The Bully became the victim.

He was curled up in the cloakroom; crying until the same Teacher whom looked after me stooped my attack. When asked why I did it I shouted
"He HIT ME".
I can still instantly connect to the pure feeling of punishing him in that righteous manner.

My classmates along with Teachers we're in shock for the rest of the afternoon. This gave me the realization that being violent isn't popular or impresses people.
Both The Bully & victim (me) we're separated from the rest of the class not in a physical separate desks manner but cold shoulder approach.

I got collected by my Farther who's was told about the incident; he just said in his typical Yorkshire attitude...
"Shouldn't 'ave started with me Lad, should he".

The Teacher actually agreed* [this point is vital, I'll refer to it later].

Later on in my Life my Farther would tell me stories of people in his Industrial Factory Age of working having fights with Management.
Whilst this reads as shocking; it created a natural order equilibrium as Line Management wouldn't exploit the workforce.
If they did then it would no longer be Employee & Manager; it would be Man vs. Man.

Yet, the age of Industry has left the Western World & re-located to China thus we live along with work in the Age of Information... different attitudes (some for the better... Sexual Equality being one) different type of work.

The following day everything was normal expect one classmate called me possibly out of both respect & fear... Panthro Which as the day progressed the majority called me this title expect The Bully.
This is the reason why I was given this nickname & the first in the class to have one.

Watch from 3mins : 48secs (it fades for a short 2second break but returns)

This type of Children's Cartoon wouldn't be allowed in this early 21st Century due to it's pure action based on conflict & violence.

This named stayed with me till the end of Junior school.
Whilst, it was a cool name it was born out of another child connecting me with a tough & violent cartoon character. Due to The Bully feeling pain & humiliation he never repeated his random acts on violence on anybody.

Fights occurred afterwards I might have another two during my time in the Infant & Junior School but the lesson was the pain of getting hit isn't nice unlike what's seen on the TV or Movies.
So, by experiencing such nerves, distress, possible humiliation & pain fighting sort of didn't occur by the time Secondary School happened. The slap's & fists we're replaced by very foul language usually about each others Mother's inspired by the humour of watching...

Then by 12yrs old; you start getting interested in the opposite sex. Girls simply aren't into Boy's that get satisfaction in dishing punches on others; as these types are emotionally backward.

If fights did occur; then they we're allowed to happen in the Playground for a manner of time until the Teacher on duty skilfully broke it up at a stage when both fighters could claim victory thus feeding both Teenage ego's.

That was then, what happens now is...

Due to what I classify as the Feminisation of Western Society; violence / self-defence is frowned upon. A 'Social faux pas' would be the best description.
Due to compensation culture; School's have no choice to forget that *1980's attitude as mentioned earlier & have zero-tolerance even if a Child does so in Self-Defence.

The following 2011 incident from Australia; has gone viral around the world [it's Portuguese subtitles / English audio]:

Yet, BOTH students have been warned about their conduct. When it's obvious that the only one whom should be disciplined is the arrogant Bully.

In the UK; it's now common for students to face expulsion if a fight is 'deemed serious'. These would have been expected just 15yrs previously as a stage of progression.

Currently; in the UK our Children are becoming more violent yet violence is deemed as wrong especially within Compulsory Education. My opinion is that whilst not to be promoted violence around Children needs to be seen as part of the growing process. Elements of human nature whilst not nice are confrontation & violence; the way to solve this is to first expect what we are & we're we came from...

If people didn't get turned on by violence why do people still watch Films about it or have friends round to watch the big Pay-Per-View Boxing Fight.

Some examples that we all are popular within contemporary culture...

That Pencil ain't to complete his Newspaper Crossword..!!

This is perhaps my favourite WWE Match of ALL-Time; simply cause it's vicious:

Feminisation & pacifism is attempting to eradicate these urges in people yet they cannot be controlled. The worrying aspect is Adults are now becoming violent with more regularity especially on a the Saturday night out.
The Booze & Illegal Narcotics play a massive role but they allow the what's inside a person to be released.

Whilst this movement of feminisation & pacifism has good intentions; it's simply having the opposite effect. Then people feeling isolated due to this Capitalist Target Driven Materialistic Being Young / Trendy Vanity obsessed society; people are angry or doubt others & more worrying themselves.
This results in anger.

The ONLY way Human's as a species can evolve is if we expect everything about our collective Psychology... we are greedy, selfish, lustful, jealous, lazy, hard, ignorant, working, disciplined, kind, insightful etc etc...

Yet we try to repress the negative by saying this or that isn't Socially expectable yet the major powers of the Western World fight War's / Conflicts with their Military.

The ironic thing about Violence in School's are the promotion of the Armed Forces in School as a possible career path in the majority of the Western world..!!

The current UK Government want to promote former Military staff to become School Teachers; they claim to re-gain discipline that's been lost especially within areas of poverty. So... people that have been trained to be aggressive & kill on order are now going to be teaching in School's we're children fighting results in possible suspension / expulsion?

This latter point sums up the hypocritical stance that exhibits in the Western World e.g open expression of Pornography is frowned upon yet when major corporations use sexual images in their Ad's it's deemed acceptable even if they are broadcast during Prime Family viewing Time?

The following from America; a nation that has created Mixed Martial Arts Cage fighting & has an obsession with Gun's amongst other violent activities.
Yet, a Mother that demands her Son fight to protect their Family Honour is criticized?

For all the high moral standards; what should occur if a random Man insults a Women in a public situation. The Women expects either the Man she is with or Men in her vicinity to defend her honour.

So much for 21st Century; let's have a conversation & review your behaviour then.

The strangest individual in this is President Barack Obama; why?
In the same month; he authorizes as Commander In-Chief his Military to use
force in Libya against Colonel Gaddafi.
He begins a national Anti-Bullying Campaign:

Visit msnbc.com for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

If the President views Colonel Gaddafi as being a kinda Bully or more serious kind; why doesn't he start a conversation with him explaining what he's doing is wrong?
Cause am sure the Campaign gives instructions on how to report Bullying & also attempting to show 'why it's not cool to be one'.

So, much for the Noble Institute thinking that giving him the Peace Award might make him more Jimmy Carter than George W. Bush when it comes to Foreign Policy.
Maybe they should ask for it back, perhaps?

Am not saying he shouldn't do anything but the President should of publicly requested a personal meeting with the Colonel to talk about the situation rather than go direct for the attack.

That's approach simply provides evidence why our entire relationship with Violence needs to be understood along with accepted that it's part of who we are for better & worse.

Re: Why I don't interact with Comic Relief.

Before I begin; the origins of my awakening came from the following; yet be warned it involves the highly realistic simulation of a Car Accident.

In the UK; every two years a series endless promotion by the BBC called
Comic Relief; occurs. Like everything; it's origins we're honourable in having mainly BBC Presenters of Television & Radio doing a telethon to raise money.

This normally was rather bland middle of the road type of parody yet sincere...

Unfortunately, in these days & times Celebrity Culture has taken place.
When in the early 1990's, Comics we're just that now they seem to be the standard for making rubbish TV's adverts attempting to flog the latest Financial Services piece of dirt... Home Insurance, Retail Banking, Mortgages.

What can be said about that; I was lost for words by Paul Whitehouse latest TV Ad.

Maybe I'll call him Sh**ehouse; instead.

I noticed that when the recession occurred in 2008; nothing was getting said by mainstream popular Comedians; guess that £ is just to good.
In traditional English Culture; the Jester / Fool / Comedian existed to remind those in authority of how idiotic they are:

Unfortunately, Russell is the exception rather than the rule; as his contemporaries don't have his intellectual observational skills.

Now, to the Comic Relief in it's current form. No longer about those that can tell jokes or work at the BBC. It now includes the plague of British Society...

Fu**ing Celebrities [the actual terminology used by many].

So they earn the spend ridiculous amounts on stuff they don't need; just to fill their empty lives that are based on vanity & ego. Then every two years; they do something for those lesser people.

I suspect it's due to them actually knowing their lives are pathetic along with being false. The need for recognition on a mass level & the fact that they are willing to do anything to keep that spotlight on them.
Be it sex with other Fu**ing Celebrities producing greater f**k-up's to actually being informants grassing other fellow Fu**ing Celebrities in some amateur Machiavellian strategy of one up-bi**hness.

Here is a group of utter tools that went up a African Mountain.

During the time the Fu**ing Celebrities where going up,
I remembered a B-Movie that I watched as a Kid based on actually events...

During quite times at work; I would think & hope that nature could deliver some divine justice. Yet, even the Mountain Baboons realized that the Fu**ing Celebrities are full of sh**e due to over-saturation on Satellite TV.

Maybe it's like what JC mentioned...

Jesus saw the rich putting their gifts into the temple treasury. He also saw a poor widow put in two very small copper coins. "I tell you the truth," he said, "this poor widow has put in more than all the others. All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on".

From Theee Good Book - The Poor Widow's Offering (Luke 20:45-21:4)

It seems with life the more things change the more they stay the same.

I advise that rather than donate to Comic Relief select a charity that doesn't
overload on the Fu**ing Celebrities, perhaps...

So, to the end of this Blog Entry. Something so horrific that it makes Chris Moyles in the throws of penetrative missionary position sexual intercourse whilst talking dirty drenched in sweat; seem erotic.

Re: If everybody owned a Ferrari; it wouldn't be special.

Imagine living in a world we're owning a Ferrari was a common experience?
You'd use it to go to the local Supermarket for the weekly food supplies,
going to work, even driving it to the nearest municipal rubbish dump to get rid of some useless stuff you've had for years in that Garden Shed over a May Bank Holiday.

Just have a look at a selected few...

You might view it as actually being fun yet this experience will soon go pretty fast (get the pun pretty & fast = Ferrari). Everybody would have one, suddenly something that's was attractive partly due to it's exclusivity would become the new Model T-Ford expect in different colours rather than black.

You might be reading this thinking; has he gone insane about a ridiculous vision of a future world. No; just a clever original example of what will occur to the UK due to the over-population capacity of it's University system.
If 1 of of every 3 UK Citizens under the age of 35yrs old will have a University Degree by 2020; then what's the point?

When I attended University in the late 1990's; the size felt just right. It wasn't empty yet even during exams the Library didn't seem crammed.

A friend that now teaches in the same institution told me over Lunch one January afternoon that the Library has to have a member of University Security on the door as if a Nightclub to regulate the amount of people entering & exiting.
Yet, the reason for Security came around a confrontation between two undergraduates over incorrect usage of University PC around Facebook.

This actually occurred:

Student 1: Excuse me, I've been watching you?

Student 2: Why?

Student 1: Why are you on Facebook, when people are queuing in the cold to enter the Library. Couldn't you look at that at Home.

Student 2: You had better read the screen.

Student 1: [Read's the screen then realizing she's made a huge faux pas] Ohhh... it's about your Exam.

Student 2: [In a raised voice] Who the f**k do you think you are; looking at my screen. You some sort of perv?

Student 1: Erm... am so sorry [then suddenly realizing that she's been called in the Universities Main Library a Sexual Delinquent] What the f**k did you just call me.

Student 2: A fu**ing dirty bi**h; go & try to learn something you ugly cow.

[As the row get's worse; a member of the University Security arrives after 5mins & duly arrests both possibly under Citizens legality.
Then escorts them out of the building towards his Office.
The Library staff wishing to 'draw a line in the sand' order everybody out of the building which is closed for the rest of the day during one of it's most hectic periods].

As a result Students 1 & 2 had to collectivity meet the Vice-Chancellor & wait for a decision if they would be expelled (almost an impossibility) from the institution. It was decided that they would receive a final warning around their personal conduct along with having to do a number of hours each week volunteering in the local community at one of the Universities projects for the remaining time attending the institution.

My academic friend mentioned that this sent shock-waves through the University but was in his words 'a Volcano primed to explode'.

(Sort of nice but worrying Photo cause it's nice; if you get me?)

As the University has to many people within it... Students, Teaching & Non-Teaching staff. Even if the University would expand in size it still wouldn't be enough.

That's the central point of this Blog Entry...

The British University system was established around the late 19th Century due to increasing developments in technology along within making sure that the British Empire was ahead of its European rivals.
People who attended where from the higher reaches of UK Society & this remained the case apart from those lucky exceptional poorer few gaining entry via scholarships or the Access Course entry level in the early 1980's.

Then this fella came with what I view as good intention's in the early 1990's to change UK Universities & the society...

John Major's life story might eventually be made into a rather good Motion Picture. A man who's parents worked in a Circus becoming Prime Minster of at the time the 4th Wealthiest Nation in the World is some achievement.
Yet, what makes Major so interesting is he achieved in a Society & Political Party that's about restricting Social Mobility.

Then by some clever 'Jedi Mind Trick' get's his party to agree that making
Higher Education more inclusive was essential to Britain's future development he even worked with Labour to make this occur. By getting total support for this in Parliament; a drive has since occurred starting in Compulsory Education around the importance of University.

Yet, whilst I admire Major for at least thinking outside the traditional Tory Box his aim was for continued economic growth of the UK rather than an enlightenment renaissance in developing natural academic curiosity in the population.

For anything to succeeded it must always look at it's origins & for Universities we must go far-back into the Ancient World...

Education of a higher level in Greece was about the advancement of humanity not about the development of
just to increase GDP & maintain that all important AAA grade.

Then what of Young People; don't they see that getting a Degree is devalued year on year simply due to more people taking the exact degree than when they graduated?
All that effort & debt for earning a salary that is lower than people whom took the same degree 10yrs previously..!!

It seems rather than looking at the big picture going to University is now a 'rights of passage' experience but you've got to remember the UK is a nation of Zombies walking in a direction with no aim or purpose.

Britain is best described in the last moments of the Titanic; everybody knew it was going down yet the Band kept playing on the deck of the Ship.

So, the only one's that win are big business in that they have a workforce whom can process large amounts of information, are in debt & desperate to live the illusion of Middle Class lifestyle...

The British University system can only ever work if the people involved within it view it more as the Ancient Greeks did rather than the embarrassing present...

Education exists for both the progression & improvement of Society; this has been forgotten.

Re: Arsène, Arsène, Arsène...

Now my Blog is something that's free-form; any topic & subject
can be expressed. So, this one's about Football or Soccer for all
my North American followers.

The person in question is a genius yet the quality that makes him
this is his actual weakness; Arsène Wenger.

Wenger is like no other Football Manager ever seen in England & possibly Europe.
He holds academic qualifications in Electrical Engineering & Economics along with the fact that he can speak 3 Languages.

He is also driven to create a style of Football that will become successful based on technical precision & developing young raw at times unknown players into champions.
Yet, the central point the drives Wenger is a belief in economics; buying tailor made expensive doesn't need to exist & only causes more problems specifically debt related one's.

He's had success on the domestic front but at the time of writing this his most recent triumph being in 2005.

Wenger decided at some point that he wanted to create a formula based on getting rid of the older established squad members...
Vieira, Ljungberg, Pirès, Edu & Lehmann to name a few & then replacing them with youngsters from obscure places.

Wenger's approach to this ideal is like 'a Farmer planting the seeds, working the land & waiting patiently for the rewards of harvest' to justify all the difficultly experienced.
After seeing numerous interviews & reading articles, I believe that this method is due to Wenger's background as an Academic in that it's all about the process of going through stress to achieve that qualification / certificate.

As an individual who's background has been on the...
'School - GCSE - A Level - Degree - Post Grad' treadmill, I sort of know the desire of fighting against knowledge.

Yet, I've recently appreciated an old Russian Saying...

'Why learn if you can get away with cheating?'

Life is short & unexpected therefore rather than cheating why not develop a short-cut to success? Like a certain...

Roman Abramovich who continues to supply talent via his wallet for
Chelsea Football Club. This investment has delivered Chelsea success since 2005

Any follower of Football would agree that to watch the football produced at
the Emirates is superior than at Stamford Bridge; yet the trophies head to the latter.

Wenger as I've mentioned is an academic & a negative trait that exist within these people is a stubborn arrogance. In some manner, it's the reason for their success.

Yet, what Wenger has forgotten or not dealt with is the economics of London. Going to view a game in the capital is an expensive pleasure.

Example...

First £100.00p Standard Ticket in English Football is at Arsenal.

On Monday 28th February 2011, Arsenal announced they have a surplus of

£110.4million..!!

So why did this occur just 24hrs earlier; in ANY Language this is comedy-horror.

What's the use of having all that cash just sitting in the Bank reproducing; when having personnel that play as if they are Sunday League Footballers.

Life is about carefully spending money in terms of investment that at times may require expense.
Be that a Home, Car, Holiday or Clothing. Living frugality isn't responsible & fun just as being lavish isn't either.

Football is entertainment; that like other forms of show business it exists to deliver both enjoyment & escapism...

mental diversion by means of entertainment or recreation, as an "escape" from the perceived unpleasant or banal aspects of daily life.

That's why people pay to watch Football either attending matches or via
Sky / ESPN Subscription. Yet, Arsenal's football was impressive 2yrs ago but that was then.

Wenger during his youth decided to travel to Hungry for a holiday with the aim of experiencing life within a communist nation. He came back with an insight that communism cannot work yet also has concerns around capitalism. Realizing that the game has a huge Social-Economic impact maybe Wenger is trying to produce something that's new & between the two, perhaps?

You can't expect any business to have it's main staff delivering the service having the
average age of just 23yrs old; especially in a competitive sector with more experienced rivals.

Youth gelled with experience creates balance & both learn from each other.

Will Wenger realize this obvious fact or stick to his academic principles.
I'll predict the latter due to Wenger's admiration for Japanese traditional approach towards
grief in that they keep it private & get on with their work.

I have a massive respect for the approach that Arsène Wenger makes his teams play yet he needs to re-evaluate his methods & adapt them.
If not, he'll no longer be Manager.

Re: The Weather & The British.

Am a British Citizen born.

Yet, what has always puzzled me is the national obsession around the Weather.

As you can see only thing worse is the fashion sense of Michael Fish..!!

I've travelled to various locations around the world...

Melbourne, Valencia, Boston, Rio de Janeiro, Munich, Vancouver & Stockholm.

When talking to residents of these cities; nobody moans about their various climates. Not even a word; they get on with their lives.

This then gave me realization around possible origins or background on why us Brits constantly moan about something we can do nothing about?
Then I answered my own question... the desire to travel within the British psyche.

I remember reading; only the Japanese spend more on travel for pleasure / vacation than the British. Yet, the natural national reason the people of Japan do this is around two reasons:

1. For centuries, their island was deliberately closed to the rest of the world until the Americans came post-Hiroshima & Nagasaki.

2. A direct bi-product of the first point was an social awakening resulting in a desire to interact with the rest of the world.

These two points resulted in Japan leading the world in many fields; as people travel then come back with new fresh ideas.

Yet, if the British are at No.2 for the amount spent on Foreign Vacations why hasn't this impacted on positive Social-Economic change like the Japanese?

The answer is due to the fact that deep down British population is unhappy.

I can only guess that it's due to the Class-System which tells people they should be happy?

Exhibit A:

British people endlessly talk about needing a long-hot Summer yet the
simple fact is that due to not having such high temperatures; they simply go berserk.

The thing that they endlessly talk about ultimately is that thing of which they can't handle; it's not helped by vast amounts of alcohol consumed.

Britain doesn't have a national identity; perhaps making it the ONLY nation
to be like this? Belgium is made up of two distinctive groups yet they this equals strong identity even if they have of the date of this Blog no government.

'The highest family in the land' is really German with touches of Dutch & French (Norman).

The UK doesn't celebrate a national day of patron saint unlike the majority of its continental neighbours; even that it has one?
No real culture excites as this connects with the actual embarrassing & heinous time that the nation ruled 25% of the planets land mass...
'Theeee British Empire'.

So, having no real national day makes it possible for the acts of
Empire a.k.a Britishness(what ever this is?) isn't really faced up to.

I remember watching this Advert from a traditional established British Company...

Exhibit B:

When it was realised, the amount of conversations I directly had or overheard was numerous.

A simple advert seemed to open the desires on a nation.

Am sure that warmer climates do make people more expressive; as you can walk & not have to deal with driving through a blizzard (like I had to do on at least 3 occasions so far in 2011).

Another obvious is that living in a warmer tropical climate makes people both more expressive
& sexual.

Exhibit C:

Like New Orleans.

Yet, the majority of Warm to Hot Climates are places of tension & conflict & this must not be forgotten

So maybe instead of moaning we should be happy with this every evening...

She's an improvement on Michael.

Classic stuff; yet why would an individual(s) make such a well informed website..!!

Re: The simple beauty of Bread.

21st Century life can at times be very complex yet a simple joy is
when having the pleasure of eating some good Bread.

When having a sandwich that contains good quality Bread & almost instant joyful
reaction occurs within me. It's strange to place these words but good Bread is just that.

Maybe it's down to mass production pumping out Bread of a low quality; yet think about
the importance of Bread in your life?

Why not give this a try...

If you haven't got the time but still want a good product, I recommend

Available in all major Supermarkets, I go for the Thick variety.
It has both perfect weight & balance when eating; you taste like its worth the money spent.

Maybe the reason why you aren't enjoying Lunch is due to the type of Bread selected?

It's simple but good Bread will uplift you.

Re: Internet is making fools of 'The Mighty'.

The Internet is making ordinary people aware of extreme wealth that exists.

This knowledge is creating questions that lead to more eventually leading
to protest occurring including direct action.

No longer can those that either have this mentioned vast wealth or those
whom are friendly with them can escape these concerns due to them
being connected with the instant digital connected age; as the public
view this age as being about FREEDOM & Instant Super Fast.

Egypt is the perfect example of this in that mass protest was created
as a feeling rather than the possibly 'old' needed leadership -
'Tip of the Pyramid' conducting the band.
Mohamed ElBaradei attempted to become this figurehead for the
Anti-Mubarak movement but just didn't get it possibly due to being
68yrs old; people didn't want a leader but an organic movement.

The Mob it seems doesn't run on instinct but Twitter;
as seen by the reaction below.

In the days before the Internet; Egypt might have been a little segment
on the news now due to it a Internationalist perspective is emerging.
People demand emotion, then instant 'I want it NOW' attitude &
accessibility through Air-Travel is possible.

A growing number of people in the developed word can via saving income
travel to at least one exotic or distance location within their life-time that
was unavailable to their ancestors.
In the early 20th Century; vacation to Egypt was only for the people with
wealth; now in the early 21st Century my Barber lists
Sharm el-Sheikh along with Hong Kong as his favourite places he's visited.

People that wouldn't normally be connected... are & that's the point.
David Letterman even mocked Hosni Mubarak's speech.

The lack of understanding of this new Digital Age can be seen in the
manner that Saif al-Islam (Colonel Gaddafi's son) addresses what he
believes is directly to the Libyan population when in-fact it went Global
without the assistance of the state broadcaster.

The Body Language is casual along with words provided.
It seems that even for a young man Saif al-Islam seems to forget that
his people will make direct comparisons with the presentation manner of
President Obama. This compare & contrast can occur due to the Digital age
with people using proxy servers to bi-pass State Controls on the Internet.

Some experts reaction to Saif al-Islam's speech is rather than calm
the situation in Libya; it's made it worse as he's been shown to be an
embarrassment whom has power.
Thus making their nation appear across the Globe as a foolish joke.

Be warned that the below speech is a disgrace for an individual whom
sees himself as a future leader of a nation.
At least Mubarak stood up & looked like a Leader rather than giving the
impression of an arrogant Sir Alan Sugar licker attempting to survive getting
fired in the 'Board Room' like Saif's does.

Yet, the theme of this Blog isn't just around goings on the Arab World but
also connects with the City that am currently living in Liverpool, UK.

Activists are using Technology as a means of cleverly promoting their
message using humour that's one thing which can't be replicated.

I like the 'Sheep' section of the video as that currently is the question of
what's going on in the UK. Some people just care about themselves
attempting to ignore the current economic & social situation.

I personally feel that it's not yet my time to activity 'get off the bench' &
become a player.
As I've said in previously am going through an emotional awakening as
Science as been my obsession since 6yrs old; its wonders blocked me
from a lot of things. So; am getting use to looking at the world in a new light
even my interaction with Liverpool is changing.

I saw the city as a place of study & work now due to my current employment
situation am being to see it as my home.
Am stuck with it; so the relationship has changed.
Am from the South of the UK & at times I feel that am in another nation not
just a couple of hundred miles north.

Yet, the thing that grabs me is the laugh the jokes the knowledge of life
being cruel yet also ironic. This is summed up in the below Video.

I've got a feeling about Liverpool as a City & a people... something may rise
that might impact the entire nation maybe even the world.

It's intense & unpredictable but always funny.
An enjoyable mystery to me; at the moment.

Re: Understanding the logic of St. Valentines Day.

I've had to admitted to not only falling for another but as a result
understanding why St. Valentines Day is important & perhaps
the most important day of then year?

I decided to post anonymously a card to an ex-girlfriend whom
lives in another part of the UK.
Rather than send an off the shelf card I bought one but went all
creative in a Blue Peter manner & created my own design.
Contained within it was a theme of how I felt around regret that
our time wasn't better & how after thinking she was good for me.

[Background:

Our time ended due to some arrogance on both our parts neither
wanted to submit yet now looking at it both of should have
withdrawn yet young people are but 'strangers in the world' &
all that jazz].

Back to reality:

I realized that by sending the card it might twist her head but am
fed-up of being lonely & the fact is that if I don't get a reaction then
nothing changes.

I mentioned enough for her to know or suspect that it was sent from
me; so it's her decision on the next move.

At the time of typing this, I've heard nothing but I can understand as
the words I put are full of emotion. I wasn't very good at that during
our time together.

Us Scientists aren't really known for self-expression; am only finding
out about myself since having this time to think.

Aftershock:

I've been waiting for a text or even a call even a Facebook message
but nothing. It's to be expected as she like me is British & that got
me thinking we are all emotional some more than others yet emotions
play a part in life.

Since an early age every Human being has been in contact with the
notion of love. Be that through Music, Cinema, TV, Literature & Art
yet why find it difficult to express this emotion?

If the emotions of love, attraction, lust, sex & romance have been with
us since the start then why aren't we skilled at dealing with base human
emotions?

Attraction is the first step towards love; so why is it so random in
performing declaring what you feel inside?

You can either been seen are weird or offensive behaviour yet if the
person is interested then its deemed correct behaviour.
Shouldn't lessons be giving or advice on how to express emotion
surrounding this on the Psychology of attraction or relationships.

Yet, getting back to theme...

After reviewing my traditional interaction on St. Valentines Day; I've
actually enjoyed it. As it's a set date for people to declare attraction or
existing love without embarrassment due to tradition.

Of course a bi-product of this is capitalism yet its about the meaning
behind that card or bunch of Flowers. An individual deems it necessary
to pay for a product in showing that another turns them on; isn't such a bad
thing.

If all we need is love shouldn't St. Valentines Day actually mean more
or maybe with some Social Rules applied on how to ask a person for
dinner or a drink.

In the end; shouldn't every individual feel or experience at least once the
feeling of what true love is from another.

I can't even believe that I've just created this as the person I was just 12mths
ago; couldn't even deal with the concept of love.

I hope you the reader had at least one card from another in terms of attraction.

Life is short given that the planet is Billions of years old, so should
you be attracted to another attempt to declare this in emotional yet
careful language that must be genuine.

Me.... I didn't or haven't ever got one; maybe next year perhaps?

Re: My week of joining Twitter & Egypt.

I've decided to finally join Twitter as a means of promoting my Blog.
Yet, when I joined I didn't realize how powerful it really is all from
a format that allows just 140 Characters.

By connecting with Twitter, I can connect instantly with all types of
people. That's it's power the instant delivery of information, thoughts &
emotions. All at the same time; by-passing the normal routes that release
information to the wider population such as Newspapers.

With what's occurring in Egypt it's actually blown my mind with the
amount of instant reporting for ordinary people via Twitter.

This has lead me to the conclusion that the Internet with various software
& Websites will change the world dramatically within the next 100.
Individualism is constantly projected by the free-market economic structure
yet a bi-product of this is people view themselves as being separate.
This has created especially within the UK, a erosion of Community.

I predict that as the technology becomes established within the psyche of
the population...

i.e:

Twitter being used by a sizeable percentage of the UK's population.

This will result in too many voices along with the fact that due to the
pseudonym nature of the 'net; strong honest & at times uncontrollable
opinions shall be expressed resulting in possible tension / civil unrest.

Yet, what is exciting is the fact that ordinary people via the Internet are
understanding whom has the wealth along with resources.
At this current time, people exist whom have obtained more wealth than
any period of History.
With this fact, ordinary people will begin to ask questions on why their
standards or *quality of life is decreasing whilst those with wealth increase
on extravagant levels.

This will eventually result in mass open protest having its origins in
Social Network such as Twitter.

Marx prophecy it seems will occur as 'The Workers' or ordinary people
will begin to understand the reality of economics therefore demanding more
eventually via conflict.

The weakness of wealth is that's its simply an elite 'v.i.p club' & due to
the promotion of free market individualism; people believe they have
a right to enter & might do via collective pressure.

So an invention that is currently used to generate massive revenue streams
for the already wealthy will eventually topple them.

* The term... 'quality of life' will increase in usage & I predict will indicate
unhappiness within a population.
A term that had its origins in academic circles will become a common used term.

If you want to connect with me via Twitter:

Re: Is this the end of King Rupert's Empire?

All Empire's are designed to end as they make numerous enemies.

This might occur to News International in 2011; as they have pushed
their power to far in both the UK & America.

Whilst Political Class has lost all control over the Banking Sector they
will never lose control or say over the mass media.
Fox News within a few short weeks has seen a major 'sea-change' against
it's unique style of reporting in America.
Whilst in the UK; the 'normal person on the street' that doesn't really do Blogs or TV News instead being self-obsessed are beginning to know about the controversial stuff alleged to have gone on at
The News of the World Newspaper.

When you over-hear these 'normal people' be that on Public Transport or in Elevators talking about such headlines with disapproval tones; am starting to think that the Empire is rocking. Am sure similar types of chatter occurred just before Romania kicked off or Rosa Parks simply couldn't be bothered to move to another seat.

All things in life start small then if they are tough / in the right living conditions grow & grow until being such a size that it cannot be ignored as it once was.

The entire irony of what's occurring being that News International has always had an obsession with sensational headlines & celebrity.
What they forgot is celebrities with the aid of the Internet can directly
bi-pass them now to reach their fan base & worldwide.

The more important error that News International did was not change their method of reporting on the private lives of these Celebrities.
In the 1980's; it was allowed to write what they pleased or say what they wanted...
they where the only game in town.

It's now 2011; even the Iranian & Russian Governments their OWN TV News 24hr Stations that can be viewed in both nations that aren't necessarily fans therefore even bi-passing the elected Anglo-American governments.

In this new age, Celebrities have serious wealth we're in the 1980's they became rich. Wealth is money that has longevity; some individuals earn more in death than being alive. These Celebrities have wealth now;
so can in-fact take on legally News International even through the expensive British Legal System.

Yet, whilst a Blogger realized that the 'game had changed' either out of being arrogant or like some many Empires being to bloated to move. News International just went on like it was the 80's.

So, we have the resignation of Andy Coulson that some say was the decent thing to do.Yet, it get's people talking or gossip.

The latter that both The News of the World & The Sun are so good at creating.

Yet, the goss is about them how ironic indeed.

News International have upset / hurt numerous people throughout the years; maybe the following saying is appropriate...

'payback's a bi%*h'.

Some of these people are wealthy & maybe have connected using logic to feel that

'my enemy is also your's therefore we are allies'.

I've got a feeling 2011 is going to be very interesting for News International on BOTH sides of the Atlantic.

Freedom of expression is important yet it comes with responsibility.

I found the below segment shown on Channel4 News, very interesting indeed.

Yet before you do have a read of the following; it's Headline is real...

Sun editor admits paying police officers for stories

Re: Britain wants to hide; if this happens it will get worse.

I've come to a conclusion that the British Population is simply
unable to openly express itself emotionally.

A theory within Science is around individuals being creative original thinkers.
This attitude leads to innovation which a bi-product is economic reward
for the inventor(s).

This rule is coming into play in this current age; as Technology is moving
at 'lightspeed' & the nations that express real freedom of expression
shall move forward.

Britain am afraid can't deal with people that don't fit into Social Categories.
It's also a worrying judgemental society delights in blaming others especially
within the 'world of Celebrity'.

Am not really worried as I'll be soon away from Britain leaving in a place
where people celebrate, laugh & dance.

For a nation that has produced such great Artists; it's population is
emotionally backward.

Welcome to Britain - 'land of contraindication'.

Do you live in the UK or have visited it; what's your take on my views?

Re: Pornography is MY Drug; is this right or wrong?

If I haven't already said so Happy New Year this 2011.

As I've mentioned previously the reason for me creating a Blog was due to
needing to get some self-expression out of me.
One of these issues that I've decided to express is my connection with
Pornography.

It's actually quite difficult for me typing this even in the privacy of my own place. Am doing this under a pseudonym yet am actually feeling as if I was producing this under my actual name.

At least you (the reader) will hopefully realize that am being honest yet analysing yourself is difficult; a truth which cannot be hidden.

My first introduction into Pornography was the following lady...

My Grandmother would get The Sun Newspaper but never allow me to read it. Due to both my Parent's working, I was always met at the School Gate by my Grandmother.
I would stay at her's till my Mother came round after her shift had finished.
During the 1980's in the UK, it was expectable for Mother's to leave work at 2:30pm to get their children at the end of the School Day.
My Mother realizing the the Office would be virtually empty offered to stay till 5pm with the clause that she would receive an extra 5 days paid Holiday per. year. Her manager realizing this 'gift' duly expected this offer hence my time at my Grandmother's after School had ended.

As I mentioned The Sun Newspaper was strictly off-limits always placed on those display cabinets that EVERY elderly British Women seemed to own. The type that would contain little ornaments.
I've always had a theory that this was or still is a 'proletariat version' of replicating The Queen's Crown Jewels. If you're poor or find £ tight why spend what little you have on such nonsensical tat.

So, my chance had arrived due to next door's neighbours Australian Terrier being viciously attacked by an Alley Cat. The poor Dog was sitting in the early July sunshine when it got an almighty beating.
How my Grandmother left the House & The Sun for me was due to the scream of her next door neighbour after seeing the damage done by the vicious Alley Cat.

I just remember my Grandmother saying for me to continue to watch whatever Cartoon's I was enjoying then left. I instinctively realized that this might be my only opportunity to read this secret thing that she had left on her armchair. I still to this day remember that I had to be remember the exact manner that my Grandmother had left the paper.

I then turned the page only to discover a certain Samantha Fox; she had such a lovely face but those Tits (it was 1980's Britain).

She knew people would see her Tits but why do such a thing?
Yet, the thing that excited me was the fact she didn't care & seemed proud of this fact..!!

My head was spinning around why she would do this yet enjoying it the more I looked at her.

I even remember reading her name again & again; as if the opportunity should arrive where I the 8yr Old Junior Schoolboy where to meet the then 18yr Old Glamour Model at least I would say her name.

She became my 'Most Sweetest of Slut's'.

At the time, the term 'Slut' was unknown to me yet in my heart I knew I loved that confident, unashamed sexuality. She knew what she was about & enjoyed the fact of showing off those incredible Tits to the world.

I remembered about my Grandmother being ONLY next door, so I placed the newspaper in it's original position & continued to watch cartoon's.
My Grandmother returned & I recall that I started the conversation on what occurred to the Dog?
She informed me that the owner had just got a Taxi headed to the nearest Vet.

Then I recall her looking with inspection at the position of the Newspaper; this look was less than 2seconds yet I knew my deception had worked as she got The Sun & placed it on the Cabinet.

Then turned around to see my reaction... I outwitted her by behaving as if engrossed watching whatever was on Television.

Not only was this my first time interacting with Pornography but also outwitting an Adult; all due to Samantha Fox cira. 1985.

That was the genesis of my attraction to Pornography which still is with me.
Yet, I am becoming concerned that the attraction is becoming magnetic due to the convenience of
the Internet. From Samantha Fox in those Page 3 Photo's I've progressed to the following...

Tory Lane's gangbang story! brought to you by PornHub

Samantha Fox has been replaced by Tory Lane whom is 'The Ultimate Slut'.

Whilst it can be easy to blame the easy to locate Hardcore Internet Sex; my blame is directed at Popular Culture specifically Television.

How many TV Ad's have people as Couples or how many Movies have Sexual / Romantic relationships as being their central hub. From Soft Drinks, Clothes to Package Holidays (a classic) etc...

This normal 'vanilla' visual constant Brainwashing that I've been having to deal with for all these years is making me feel inadequate being Single for 16mths.

People make comments... "With anybody?"... "Why's a nice fella like you Single?"... "Got any Kids?" etc...

When the response is that am currently Single & have no Children; the reaction... uncomfortable shock?

So, I find solace in Pornography these Ladies will not judge me.
Now by creating this Blog Entry; I've started to connect that triumphant feeling of reading The Sun for the first time to my current need to access Internet Pornography.

Psychologist, I feel are correct in that a persons initial dealing everything impacts on their entire life?

Yet, the reason why I use the term 'Drug'; is after the high (& believe me it is just that) I get a low.
I simply want to find somebody I can be intimate with yet then it get's deeper I want to take care of the right type of Women.
Not as simple as classifying me as being kinky but it's replacing or being an substitute for actual affection.

Yet, Internet Pornography give me 50% whilst the other it could never even to attempt replicate...

intimacy, cooking a romantic meal & the thing that I want most just telling that Woman how's my day been.

Still, 50% of seeing something is actually better than nothing but the low comes.

Another thing is that am actually quite a liberal individual. I've even represented a Female colleague whom was being bullied by some Male colleagues. This sadly happens often within the Scientific Industry; as it's a majority Male environment.
The form of bullying was mocking the standard of her work that was actually highly impressive.

I then set-up a test (with the prior knowledge of my Female Colleague) to prove that she was actually better than the 'ring-leader'. He took 'the bait' & was embarrassed by making mistakes in his data that a 1st Year Undergrad wouldn't even do.

Whilst the Female Colleague got all her data, perfect (as I knew she would). After this the humiliation ended & the respect began for my Colleague's expertise.

Certain colleagues even gave me the nickname 'The Feminist' that I eventually became rather found of; this resulted in them either becoming puzzled or angry.

I believe in Equality including that between Male & Female yet am I a hypocrite for enjoying viewing Tory Lane being in the above Gangbang video?

This is what the contemporary world does to people in that it confuses us so we don't really know who we actually are.

I still will not change my view on Pornography or the people whom perform in it; in some way's they are actually braver & free than I'll ever be.
They deliver entrainment & pleasure with the problem not being with them but issues with the viewer or contemporary existence.

I'd like people's opinions on this Blog Entry but before making judgements both Video's NEED to be watched.

I would also greatly appreciate the input of Women in this debate or feedback.

Many thanks for taking the time to read this Blog Entry & please feel free to forward this for the attention of others.

Men in early 21st Century Britain don't communicate these emotions, so by me being honest others might read it & get some insight that might help them?

Am very emotional completing this Blog Entry but in a good way.

The 2nd Video is below....
